In2015, we implemented copper clad aluminum busbar and electronic communication project, launched the aluminum tube, coil production expansion, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province and other projects.

In April，Hailiang shares successfully acquired 100% stake of JMF company. In December，acquired Luvata Group subordinated three companies.
2019
In March 2019, Hailiang acquired KME’s three brass rod plants in Germany, France and Italy respectively, as well as two copper tube plants in Germany and Spain respectively.
2021
In May, Hailiang set up a Joint Venture with CNMC Albetter Copper Co., Ltd.
